Briefly describe the contents you are offering to sell to Purr Fit Jewelry Exchange & Mfg., of the state of Florida.hereinafter referred to as “Purr Fit”.

I further state that I have not listed any items that I want to keep, such as sentimental heirlooms, large stones, or memorabilia and that I fully understand all listed items offered, when sold to Purr Fit, will be unrecoverable.

As the "seller", I further understand:

That if my package is lost when mailing to Purr Fit, it is my obligation to track it, and/or file a claim against the carrier, not Purr Fit; and that, Purr Fit has the express rights to refuse an damaged package delivered and return it to sender, unprocessed;
That Purr Fit's liability is limited to the total precious metal value on my received material.
That Purr Fit's verbal offer to purchase my material and my acceptance or rejection of said offer will be recorded and will be binding on both parties. Should I accept said offer, I am aware that the material I sent Purr Fit will most likely be destroyed and unrecoverable immediately;
That if I do not accept Purr Fit's payment offer, my material will be mailed back to me the following day at no cost to me; and, that Purr Fit will insure the contents for the payment amount so offered; and, that should said return package be lost in the mail, it shall be Purr Fit's obligation to track said package for it's recovery and/or submit appropriate recovery claims on my behalf; and
That this agreement shall be governed by laws of the State of Texas without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any action filled in the State of Texas, and further, that Purr Fit will be entitled to defense reimbursement for any and all cost incurred by Purr Fit, including but not limited to attorney's fees.
