Here's How to Sell Us Your Gold, Silver and Platinum:
Step #1. Click here for our “Package Content and Handling form”. Print two copies.
Step #2. Round up your old gold, silver, & platinum jewelry and other items that you don’t want to keep. Put them in a zip-lock bag (sandwich or freezer bags work just fine), or wrap them separately. We do not want you to send us heirlooms, memorabilia, or large stone.
Step #3. Package all the contents in an appropriate mailer or cardboard box for mailing. Fill out both copies of our “Package Content and Handling form. Fold up one copy and drop it inside the package. Keep the other copy for your records. Tape up your package. Now you are ready for mailing. Warning: If you forget to include the "Package Content and Handling Form" - or it is unsigned - your package and contents will be returned to you unprocessed and without payment.
Step #4. Take your package to the Post Office. Insure it appropriately and send it to us by Priority Mail. OUR ADDRESS IS:

Using the United States Post Office assures you that your package will be safely insured and you can now track the delivery. Cost will depend on the weight – but less than a ten dollar bill should do the trick. Note: You can select any carrier you want and we will accept your package – but your package must have your completed unaltered and signed “Package Content and Handling form”. Without it – we will return the entire package to you – unprocessed and without payment.

On the day your package reaches our Assay Office, we will sign for it and begin processing your material.
1. We video record your unopened package, record the package’s opening, record the unaltered and signed “Package Content and Handling form”, and record your package’s content.
2. We test each piece for purity.
3. We weigh your property.
4. We determine the total value of your material.
On the same day - you will receive a phone call from one of our representatives.
1. Your payment amount will be discussed with you.
2. Your acceptance or rejection of this payment amount will be recorded.
Should you accept our payment offer – you will have the following options.
1. We can direct bank wire the funds into your account the very next day.
2. We can wire the money to you via Western Union the very next day.
3. We can send you a cashier’s check or money order the very next day.
4. We can send you a Company Check the very next day.
